Description
A black square angled dish handmade by Yumiko Yasufuku at her studio in Gifu, Japan. This piece is made from a stoneware clay with a black glaze, due to the glazing method it has a rustic appearance with hints of silver shining through from below. When held in the hand it has a textured feel to it.
Alongside the functional and handmade element, this plate has a beautiful thin form and take cues from nature itself. This piece is an object to be used and cherished for a long time.
